  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.   • To Provide Emergency Medical Assistance: Your stored medical information enables emergency responders and healthcare providers to deliver appropriate care during emergencies
  • To Facilitate Telemedicine Consultations: Board-certified physicians use Your health information to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations
  • To Coordinate Medical Transport: Air ambulance and helicopter emergency services require medical information to provide appropriate care during transport
  • To Store and Manage Your Medical Records: ICETracer securely stores Your health information for access by You and authorized emergency personnel via Your dedicated QR code

Voluntary Submission

The submission of Health Information is entirely voluntary. However, certain services may require specific health information to function properly. For example, ICETracer medical records storage requires You to input the health information You wish to have available during emergencies. You maintain control over what Health Information You provide and can update or delete this information at any time through Your Account.

HIPAA Notice

Travel Assist Plus is not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, We are committed to protecting Your Health Information with the same level of care and security. Our telemedicine and medical service partners who are covered entities maintain their own HIPAA compliance obligations when providing services to You.

4. Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.

After Deletion

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Note on Dependent Coverage: Some of Our membership plans include coverage for dependents, including minor children.
